So recently I am obsessed with Lay's Classic Potato Chips. They're salty as fuck and I LOVVVEEE a salty snack. However I am aiming for a...less shitty diet. A healthier one. I take...efforts every day to improve my diet but often I make so many horrific mistakes. And I can't even blame being penniless because when I do have money for food I always buy the worst shit. Like if there is a BAD THING and a GOOD THING and they cost the same 9/10 I will buy the bad thing. But anyway I'm weak and have no self-control :') So I keep eating these Lays. But my bitch ass has been trying to find the silver lining. Maybe they're not THAT BAD :')

Out of nowhere these chips have 25% DV of Vitamin C. 8% Iron which means nothing to me. 15% Vitamin E! For no discernible reason I get hard for Vitamin E. I love it but don't even really know what the fuck it does or is needed for. But bitch if I see Vitamin E listed on some shit I'M BUYING IT! Same with Niacin & Magnesium. Lays has 15% Niacin, and 10% Mag. Not bad. What's really hood though is the random 25% daily value of Vitamin B6. Lol what? These hydrogenated oil fried ass potato slices have some b6??? That's wassup. B6 does stuff. What? DON'T FUCKING ASK ME BITCH I DON'T KNOW! But it's good!!! So in conclusion these chips are good and I am doing a good thing for my body fuck you
